Rundown of Violence

Baghdad Province

_ A suicide bomber attacked an army recruiting center in the Abu Ghraib region, west of Baghdad, leaving at least 15 Iraqis dead. Over 20 others were wounded in the bombing.

_ One Iraqi policeman was killed and 10 injured when a suicide car bomber detonated his vehicle outside a Baghdad police station.

_ 11 bodies were found across Baghdad on Saturday.

Nineveh Province

_ Militants assassinated a senior police official in the town of Sharqat.

Tamim Province

_ A civilian was killed in a roadside bomb blast in the northern, oil-rich city of Kirkuk.
